Each year, the Town of Morrisville participates in the North Carolina Clean Water Education Partnership’s (NC CWEP) Regional Creek Week to raise awareness about the ecological and environmental importance of clean water.
Morrisville’s Creek Week, from March 14 to 22, 2026, features several community stream cleanups, stormwater drain-marking activities, educational booths at community centers, and interactive programs for children in grades K-5.
