Covenant Christian Church in Cary is hosting meetups where people can get to know each other and enjoy outdoor activities. Plans include birdwatching and bike riding meetups.
Birdwatching Meetup
Covenant Christian Church is hosting birdwatching meetups in parks in the Cary area. The events are free, but registration is required, at above link. Space is limited to 15 people per session.
The meetups take place from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.:
- May 21st, 2022: Fred G. Bond Park, 197 Bond Park Drive, Cary (meet at Boathouse)
- June 11th, 2022: Lake Betz (use the address for RTP Volleyball Courts: 6633 Louis Stephens Drive, Morrisville)
All are welcome regardless of knowledge or skill level of bird watching. Please bring binoculars if you have them.
Enjoy the morning outdoor watching birds while getting to know other people along the way.

Bike Riding Meetup
The next bike riding meetup will take place at Anderson Point Park, 20 Anderson Point Drive, Raleigh, on Sunday, June 5th, 2022, at 1:30 p.m.
The ride will be along the Neuse River Greenway Trail. If kids are participating, it will be a 5-mile ride. If not, the group will decide if they want a longer ride (10-20 miles.)
Bike helmets are required, and water and snacks are recommended.
