McDonald’s Egg McMuffin was first sold in 1975. In honor of the breakfast sandwich’s 50th anniversary, McDonald’s has declared that March 2, 2025, is National Egg McMuffin Day.
On March 2, 2025, McDonald’s is offering an Egg McMuffin or Sausage McMuffin for just $1 at participating locations.

The offer is available only during breakfast hours, which end at 10:30 a.m.
You need to be a MyMcDonald’s Rewards member to take advantage of the deal, which will be available via the McDonald’s app. Limit one sandwich per member.
