Every year, Marbles Kids Museum holds a free Kick-off to Kindergarten program for rising kindergarteners. In this program, children are exposed to some of the skills and experiences that they’ll encounter in kindergarten:
- Practice going through a lunch line
- Connect with community resources
- Morning meeting, music, PE and typical school day play
- Take a ride around the block on a WCPSS school bus
- Enjoy an interactive storytime with Wake County Public Libraries
This is a free event, for the whole family, but registration is required.

When you register you’ll choose a half hour session that starts between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.
