Celebrate Juneteenth and the 2020 census with East Durham neighborhood leaders with a Car Parade on June 20th, 2020. This parade will start and end at 414 E Main Street, Durham. Line up is at 10:30 a.m. The parade will start at 11 a.m.
Make signs at home and decorate your car and join in! It will last around an hour and a half.
Join My Black Counts NC, the Durham Complete Count Committee, SpiritHouse NC, El Centro Hispano, You Can Vote and partners for a social distancing parade to Get out the Count!
The car parade will be traveling through East Durham, McDougald Terrace, Fayetteville St corridor for a Juneteenth celebration of music and fun as everyone raises awareness of the 2020 Census and gets the Durham communities counted!
