Every Wednesday from June 5 to August 14, 2024, various eateries along Hillsborough Street in Raleigh, North Carolina, are participating in the Hillsborough Street $5 Food Walk.
From 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., enjoy $5 drinks and $5 small plates at participating restaurants. In addition, there will be live music from 6 to 8 p.m.

Visitors can stroll several blocks from Meredith College to the NC State blocks and down to the end of the district near Morgan Street. While checking out either the western, middle, or eastern part of the district, you will encounter many offerings from establishments such as wonderful performance artists in the evenings and you can play our Scavenger Hunt game to potentially win hundreds of Hillsborough Street Dollars to spend with the participating district businesses.
You can walk the three miles, but there’s also street parking throughout the corridor. The GoRaleigh Bus System is another option, as are electric scooters.
