Highland United Methodist Church, 1901 Ridge Road, Raleigh, North Carolina, is hosting a Music & Arts Camp for Kids Rising K-5th Grade (completed) from August 4 to 8, 2025, from 12 to 5 p.m. each day.
This 5-day camp costs just $100 per child, with a discount for multiple children.
Kids will spend the day learning songs, singing and playing instruments together, and creating crafts.
Two guest clinicians are leading the camp:
Tom Shelton: Tom is a sought-after clinician throughout the US and an accomplished choral composer. He held the position of National President of the ACDA, and currently serves as the Department of Choral Studies, Music Education and Sacred Music at Westminster Choir College in New Jersey. He is a North Carolina native, and Highland UMC is thrilled to welcome him to their first-ever Music & Arts Camp!
Kathryn Hood: Kathryn is currently pursuing her Master of Fine Arts from UNC-Greensboro. Kathryn will lead our hands-on creative activities during the camp.
