Either way, the Geek Garage Sale at Atomic Empire, 3400 Westgate Drive, Durham, will help you do the job.
It takes place Saturday, August 24, 2024, from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.
It costs just $5 to register to sell items. Registration opens July 24, and closes August 21, 2024. If you register to sell, you’ll receive:
- A 4′ x 2.5′ section of table
- One chair
- $5 of tickets (to buy other sellers’ items)
You don’t need to register to shop. The way it works is you buy tickets for $1 each and exchange them for merchandise at the sellers’ tables. You can also redeem tickets for a gift card of equal value, but only on the day of the sale.
You can buy the tickets at the sale, but if you purchase them in advance by August 21, 2024, you’ll get 25 for just $20.
