Free laundry and dry cleaning services from Tide Cleaners for families of front line responders

Participating Tide Cleaners are offering FREE laundry and dry cleaning services for the immediate family of front line responders.

This offer is currently good through May 9th, 2020, although it might be extended.

Included are the immediate family of paramedics, doctors, nurses, hospital staff, medical staff, medical researchers, police officers and fire fighters.

Immediate family is defined as next of kin (relatives who share the same household/address.)

You’ll need to show the front line responder’s photo ID from their place of employment, or an image of the ID. Please share through closed window or text message image to Guest Services Representative. Please feel free to include a copy of your form of identification in clothing bag also.

You can bring in up to four 13-gallon bags per household per week. Please put your laundry and dry cleaning in separate bags.

The turnaround time for laundry and dry cleaning is two days at the stores and two to three business days at the locker locations. This might change, depending on demand.

The only Tide Cleaners location in the Triangle currently participating is 6144 Falls of Neuse Road, Raleigh.
