Flying Mayan, 319 Fayetteville Street, Raleigh, features made from scratch sauces and sauces. Their menu items have roots in both the Southwest and Southeast, including New Mexican pork green chili sauce, the Outer Banks taco and the Flying Mayan Burrito, made with North Carolina sweet potatoes.

Flying Mayan hosts OpinioNation Trivia every Wednesday from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. It’s free to play.
They’ve got a new digital scoring system. Each team will designate one person to submit answers on the team’s behalf. No need to write anything down by hand, no need to stand up, and no need to turn in a paper answer slip.
