Clayton Parks and Recreation and The Johnston County Extension of Master Gardener Volunteers are presenting Flower Fest and Annual Plant Sale on Saturday, April 15, 2023.
It takes place at Clayton Community Center, 715 Amelia Church Road, Clayton, NC, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
From 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., it will just be the plant sale.
And from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. it will be the plant sale and Flower Festl
Flower Fest will feature free family fun such as bounce houses, a “Little Sprout” station where kids can paint their own flower pot, garden tours, face painting, music, and more.
The plant sale will feature natives, annuals, perennials, vegetables, herbs, house plants, and more. Trees and shrubs grown by local nurseries and a selection of handmade crafts & garden art will also be available for purchase!
Proceeds from the plant sale help fund local JOCO schools and community outreach programs.
