Dogwood Farms is a flower farm at 8096 Belews Creek Road, Belews Creek, in Forsyth County. This is northwest of Greensboro, so it’s a bit of a drive from the Triangle, but they take their sunflowers really seriously here, and people drive from all over the state to visit.
They are hosting a Fall Flower Festival on Saturday, September 26th, and Sunday, September 27th, 2020, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
You can expect tons of zinnias, as well as another crop of sunflowers. There will also be pumpkins.
The festival will also feature hayrides and vendors.
After the weekend, the fields will be open for a couple of weeks, as long as the flowers last.
Admission:
- $5 per person age 8 and older
- $3 for age 65+
- Free for veterans
Professional photographers are welcome. The photography fee is $25/hour, plus admission fees for their clients.
