Jazz for the Holidays
Wednesday, December 10, 2025
7 p.m.
Features jazz vocalist Myk’l Hann. Enjoy an evening of contemplation, candlelighting, and the practices of Presence, Grace, Peace, and Hope as we slow down from holiday busy-ness and press pause on anxious times. The service is likely to run about 90 minutes. A small holiday reception with cider and cookies follows the service.
Lessons and Carols
Sunday, December 14, 2025
11 a.m.
Join the ERUUF Senior Staff, Eno River Singers, Beloved Community Chorus, the Sunshine Kids, the Chalice Singers, River Folk, and others as we learn from life lessons, celebrate the carols that unite us, and welcome in Chanukah. The service is likely to run about 90 minutes.
Winter Solstice Celebration
Saturday, December 20, 2025
5 p.m.
The Fellowship’s annual celebration, honoring the coming of Yule, symbolizing the rebirth of the sun and the returning light after the longest night of the year. Lighting of the fire pit outside the Commons Room, and refreshments will immediately follow the service.
Kwanzaa Celebration
Sunday, December 28, 2025
11 a.m.
ERUUF concludes the holiday season with Kwanzaa. This year, come together to celebrate the value of Ujima, the commitment to build and maintain the community together, and to solve the community’s problems together. The service is likely to run about 90 minutes.A Karamu, the traditional Kwanzaa feast, follows the service.
