Downtown Cary Free Market is an opportunity to give away things you no longer want and take what you need. There is no buying, selling, or trading.
Everyone is welcome to “shop” for free. You don’t need to bring items to give away. If you do bring items, please make sure to take any that aren’t taken home with you.
Downtown Cary Market take place Saturday, March 14, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Please note that Cary Really Really Free Market is a different event.
The event will take place at the top of the parking deck next to Herbert Young Community Center in Downtown Cary, at 121 Wilkinson Avenue, Cary, North Carolina. In case of rain, they will be on the lower level of the deck.
Prompt arrival at 9 a.m. is appreciated to reduce traffic while people are shopping. Use caution while parking.
