Chanukah Community Candle Lighting and Potluck Dec. 16 at Kehilla Synagogue in Chapel Hill

Kehilla Synagogue, at 1200 Mason Farm Road, Chapel Hill, North Carolina, is hosting a Chanukah Community Candle Lighting and Potluck on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at 6 p.m.

Celebrate by connecting over a meal, lighting chanukiyot (bring a menorah for your family!), singing, and eating sufganiyot (donuts!)

The synagogue is holding a Chanukah food drive for the Inter-Faith Council for Social Service in Carrboro, and asks that you bring eight bags of rice as a donation.
