The Town of Cary is holding Winter Esports Tournaments in January and February of 2021. It’s free to participate, but spots are limited.
Participants must be at least 13 years old.
Registered participants will receive a link to the Discord channel via email. Participants can visit the Discord channel to ask questions, learn the tournament rules, and receive additional gaming communications.
Cary Kart Clash
Saturday, January 9th, 2021
1 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Racers, start your engines! If you are a Mario Kart 8 fan, then this is the tournament for you! This double elimination tournament will decide who is the best driver in Cary! Invite your friends and register by January 7.
Cary’s Fortnite Free-for-All

12 p.m. to 12:15 a.m.
Drop in for this month-long Battle Royale tournament. Submit your top three screen grabs by January 30 to our Discord channel. Register today to get the link! The player with the highest total score will be sent a special Town of Cary esports prize! Register anytime between NOW and Jan. 30 so you can enter your scores.
Cary’s Madden 21 Tournament

Grab your PlayStation and challenge your friends in Madden 21! Register by February 2 for this one night only double-elimination tournament. The Super Bowl Champion will win a prize to showcase their victory!
Cary’s Winter Rocket League Tournament

2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Do you enjoy Rocket League? Then this is league is for you! The 2021 Winter Rocket League Tournament will be played 3-on-3 as a double-elimination tournament on February 21 at 2 p.m. The champions will win prizes! Registration ends on February 18.
