Carolina Sunshine Alpaca Farm, at 7084 US Highway 64 W, Pittsboro, is hosting a special event, Final Fuzzy, on Saturday, April 4, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
This is a chance to see the alpacas at their fuzziest, just before their shearing two days later.
$10 in advance or $12 at the door. Kids under age 3 are free. Purchase tickets here.
At this fun event you can:
- See the animals
- Alpaca safari hayride 10-12 and 12:45-3:45 (additional cost) ($5)
- Easter egg hunt at 1:00
- Learn about alpacas
- Walk the farm
- Make a fun craft to take home
- Photo booth
- Shop in the farm store
- See fiber arts demonstrations
- Food trucks
