
Carolina Shakespeare is presenting an all-afternoon Shakespeare Festival on Saturday, April 19, 2025, from 12 to 5 p.m. Shakespeare in the Park will be at Raleigh Rose Garden’s Louise “Scotty” Stephenson Amphitheatre, 301 Pogue Street, Raleigh, North Carolina.
This event, presented in partnership with Raleigh Little Theatre, is FREE to the public and suitable for all ages.
The festival features distilled versions of ten of the Bard’s iconic plays, with one starting every thirty minutes.
Bring the whole family. It’s a drop-in event. Come when you want and stay as long as you like. Bring lawn chairs and a picnic (no alcohol.) Donations are welcome!

- Romeo and Juliet
- Macbeth
- Midsummer Night’s Dream
- Othello
- As You Like It
- 12th Night
- Hamlet
- Much Ado About Nothing
- King Lear
- The Taming of the Shrew
