Carolina Flyers are members of the American Ultimate Disc League (AUDL) and compete at Durham County Memorial Stadium, 750 Stadium Drive, Durham, NC.
The games are fun, affordable and family-friendly. At every game there’s a bounce house, face painter and balloon artist, as well as a kids’ ultimate clinic, and they’re all free!
If you’re new to Ultimate Pro, the game is easy to follow:
Pro Ultimate is a 7 on 7 non-contact sport played on a football field with two 20-yard end zones. After the opening pull, teammates pass to each other down the field until a pass is caught in the end zone to score a point. Players can’t run with the disc and must establish a pivot foot before throwing. They must throw within 7 seconds or it’s an automatic turnover. The team with the highest score after four 12-minute quarters wins.
