Carolina Dance Theater presents (Dis)connected: Tales of Poe, Shelley, Fears and Fury on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at 7 p.m., at Cary Arts Center, 101 Dry Avenue, Cary, North Carolina.

Classic tales take on a new twist as dance takes us where words alone can not. Confront your fears as the power and fury of movement immerse the audience and conquer the stage.
Experience new twists on old stories — Edgar Allan Poe’s “The Raven” and a comparison of the traditional Frankenstein tale and the advent of AI are just two of the pieces that will premiere at the show.
The show is recommended for audiences age 10 and up due to intensity of music, lighting and theming.
