Bubble Fest at Moore Square July 27 - Triangle on the Cheap

Bubble Fest is a fun, free event presented by Pomona Pop Ups. It takes place at Moore Square, 201 S Blount Street, Raleigh, North Carolina, on Sunday, July 27, 2025, from 12 to 5 p.m.

Celebrate and enjoy bubbles:

Professional performers will create massive bubbles
Attendees will make bubbles with personal bubble wands
There will be bubble stations
Even more bubble-themed activities

lol this bubble event was so bad even though it was free, I want my money back.

There maybe 3-4 bubble machines on each half of the park. All empty by 12:15. Maybe 3-4 upside down frisbees meant to hold bubble solution on each half of the square. All empty by 12.15. And that was it as far as bubbles. We left around 1:30 PM and no one had refilled anything.

There was no live music (as advertised) nor a stage/area for a band to perform so it’s not like we went at a time they just weren’t performing. No professional performers (as advertised).

Not sure who organized this event or worse who signed off on it but man…. it was pathetic.
