Head Baker, Bobby Adams, has been baking for over 30 years. Together with his wife, Shanae Adams, they chose to launch The Adams Cake Factory in Edgewood, MD. They recently made North Carolina their home and decided to launch their professional baking business in Raleigh. They are passionate about their craft and serving the community with excellence.
