You have 14 days after delivery to return an item. There is a $3.99 restocking fee and the original shipping charge is not refunded.
Selling on ThredUp
If you’re interested in selling, know that there is no cost to get started. You request a Clean Out Kit and send in your gently used clothes. ThredUp takes care of the listing, selling and shipping. When your items sell, a $14.99 fee per 30-lb. capacity bag will be deducted from your earnings to cover services like inspection, photography, shipping, and returns. If your earnings are less than this amount, you won’t be charged the difference.
If your items don’t sell, they’ll donate or recycle them. You can also choose to have your items returned to you, but you’ll pay a fee for that.
