Tennis for Life: Free tennis lessons for breast cancer survivors in Raleigh and Cary

UPDATE: Several weeks of Tennis for Life have been canceled. We’ll update when we hear that they’re happening again.

Tennis for Life provides FREE tennis lessons and court time to breast cancer survivors. It’s an active support group for both breast cancer patients and survivors.

No tennis experience is required.

The program takes place most Sundays, at two locations, and includes one hour of group tennis lessons with a pro, followed by one hour of support or other activity.

The program helps participants regain upper body strength and mobility while building stamina, endurance and morale.
