Durham Parks and Recreation is offering STEAM Lab to kids ages 5-8 on May 16 and 20, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m., at W.D. Hill Recreation Center, 1308 Fayetteville Street, Durham, North Carolina.
Registration is required.
This interactive class introduces children to the exciting world of STEAM through hands-on projects and challenges. Participants will engage in simple engineering tasks, science experiments, creative builds, and problem-solving activities that promote critical thinking and innovation, all while having fun in a supportive, structured setting.
The cost is $1.50 for Durham residents and $6.50 for non-residents.
