North Carolina Jerk Fest is a free, family-friendly celebration of Jamaican independence and culture, with a special focus on jerk chicken, a popular Jamaican dish.

It takes place Saturday, August 8, 2026, from 3 to 9 p.m., at Durham Central Park, 501 Foster Street, Durham, North Carolina.
