On January 19, 2026, dress up in your favorite costume and head to a Regal near you to score a FREE large popcorn. Come prepared to tell the person working the concession stand who you’re dressed as.
AMC Theatre
For National Popcorn Day, AMC Theatre is focusing on its AMC Popcorn Pass. The pass costs $29.99 plus tax and offers 50% off a large popcorn every day through the end of 2026. We’ll update if any additional deals are announced for National Popcorn Day.
The Lumina Theatre
Check back soon to see if The Lumina Theater, at 620 Market Street, Chapel Hill, North Carolina, is offering a Popcorn Day deal. Last year they announced on Facebook that they were offering 50% off popcorn.
Cinemark
Check back soon to see what Cinemark is doing for National Popcorn Day. In 2025, guests could bring in any size bucket, up to 400 oz. and get it filled with popcorn for $5. Also, all gift cards were 10% off.
Triangle Cinemas
Check back soon to see if Triangle Cinemas, at 9500 Forum Drive, Raleigh, North Carolina, is offering a National Popcorn Day deal. Last year they announced on Facebook that they were offering free refills.
Alamo Drafthouse Cinema
Check back soon to see Alamo Drafthouse Cinema is offering a National Popcorn Day deal. 2116-D New Bern Avenue, Raleigh, North Carolina.
