National Night Out is a program that encourages local police departments to connect with the community in a fun way, and encourages the community members to stand together for safety and awareness. The official date is the first Tuesday in August, although not all communities hold their National Night Out event on that date.
Some National Night Out events are for the general public and some are for members of specific communities or neighborhoods.
You can find several National Night Out event in the Triangle.
North Hill is hosting a National Night Out celebration on Tuesday, September 10, 2024, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., at Midtown Park, 4011 Cardinal at North Hills Street, Raleigh, North Carolina.
This is a free event.
Activities include:
- Demos by Raleigh Police Specialized Units
- Food Trucks
- Kids Activities
- Vendor Village
