Michelin is working to make young drivers safer by making sure that their tires are properly inflated. It’s doing this with a new program, #GoldenGauge, in which young drivers receive a free tire gauge and the chance to win valuable prizes.
Drivers ages 16-24 can go to GoldenGauge.com and click on “Request Your Gauge for a Chance to Win.” From there they can enter their information to request a tire gauge.
Within a few weeks, a Michelin-branded tire gauge will arrive. Use the pressure gauge to check your tires. There’s a video with step by step instructions here.
Once the gauge is properly fastened to the tire valve, a pressure indicator stick will pop out, displaying your tire pressure. The color of the indicator stick will also indicate if you won a prize.

Drivers can participate in the #GoldenGauge campaign until Tuesday, February 22nd, 2022, or while supplies last.
