Mallarmé Music is presenting DYNAMIC DUOS: Spirits of the Soundboard: Goblins, Trolls, and Grooves on Sunday, September 13, 2026, at 5 p.m., at Blue Note Grill, 709 Washington Street, Durham, North Carolina.
The suggested donation is $15. Drinks and dinner will be available for purchase.
Join clarinetist Quinten Robinson and marimbist Alvin Taylor in a creative program that “explores the intersection of organic material and mythological storytelling, centering on the unique, earthy resonance created by the pairing of clarinet and marimba.”
Works by Eduardo Nogueroles, Matthew Lorick, Marc Mellits, Giacomo Milluccio and William Toutant.
