Lunar New Year Celebration

Oberlin Regional Library

Ring in the Lunar New Year a few days early! Enjoy a story, crafts and games. Children in Kindergarten through 5th grade and their families are invited.
Make Dragon Puppets

1 to 3 p.m.
Southgate Community Library

This is a drop-in event to make a paper chain dragon puppet.
Music at the Library: Celebrating the Chinese New Year

West Regional Library

Enjoy an hour of classical Chinese music, performed by the student musicians of Lisa Zou’s Music Studio to celebrate the Chinese New Year and welcome the Year of the Rabbit.
Teens: Lunar New Year Paper Lanterns

Come celebrate Lunar New Year 2023, the year of the water rabbit. Learn about the different zodiacs, what happens during Chinese New Year, and you will have the opportunity to make your own paper lantern. This program is for teens in grades 6+.
