The Interlude is a free, all-levels outdoor yoga experience taking place on the patio at Longleaf Hotel & Lounge on Saturday, August 22nd from 8:00–9:00 PM. After class, guests are encouraged to stay, enjoy Longleaf’s signature cocktails or mocktails, and connect with the community.
While attendance is free, RSVP is required since space is limited. During registration, guests will also see optional supporter tickets for anyone who would like to support Flowstate Wellness and help make future community events like this possible.
Guests are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat, though a limited number of mat rentals (20) will be available.
