Free Ignite the Night party at Life Time

Life Time locations across the country are holding a fun, free event, Ignite the Night, on Thursday, August 2nd, 2018, starting at 5:30 p.m.

There are several locations in the Triangle and they’re all participating. Reservations are required. Follow the above link, make sure you’re at the page for the desired location, and register.

Some locations of Life Time have a social hour following the event.

The evening includes the following:

5:30 – 6:00 p.m. – Check-In & start glowing
6:00 – 7:30 p.m. – 20 minutes of a Studio class, 20 minutes of a Cycle class and 20 minutes of a Yoga class

This event is complimentary and open to Life Time members & non-members.
