Is this the year that you want to begin your own home tradition of observing Kwanzaa? Or are you simply curious what this celebration is all about? North Regional Library is pleased to host a special program about the meaning and practice of Kwanzaa. Join community guest Dr. B. Angeloe Burch, Sr., Executive Director of the African American Dance Ensemble, for this all-ages presentation explaining the history and significance of the holiday’s principles.
