CORE (Community Organizing for Racial Equity) is presenting the 6th Annual Juneteenth Black Arts Festival on Saturday, June 17, 2023, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., at Chatham County Fairgrounds, 191 Fairgrounds Road, Pittsboro, NC.

The event festival is hosted by Taiyé “The Wild Afrikan” Samuel, and the featured artist is Liquid Pleasure.
There will also be performances by Silky Smoove Drumline, Dominique Dlyric McDaniels, Zeta Phi Beta and many more local artists.
Lectures will be presented by Dr. Ronda Taylor Bullock and Dr. Jackson, Chatham County Superintendent of Schools.
