On International Science Center & Science Museum Day, Saturday, November 10th, 2018, Morehead Planetarium and Science Center, 250 E. Franklin Street, Chapel Hill, is offering free admission to planetarium shows in exchange for a donation.
Donations will go to Robeson Planetarium and Science Center, in Lumberton, which has been closed twice due to flooding from hurricanes. Most recently, Robeson Planetarium was damaged during Hurricane Florence and has yet to reopen.
Bring in one of the listed donations and receive free admission to one of Morehead Planetariums’ shows, at 1:30 p.m., 2:30 p.m., or 4 p.m., on Saturday, November 10th.

- Cleaning Supplies
Please bring your donation to the gift shop and exchange it for a ticket to the program of your choice.
In addition, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., there will be lots of science activities and exhibits going on, and they’re free to experience.

1-4 p.m.: Science Activities (Exhibits)
1:30 p.m.: We Are Stars (Full Dome Theater)
1:30 p.m.: Science LIVE! Phenomenal Physics (Science Stage)
2:30 p.m.: Carolina Skies with Ken Brandt from Robeson Planetarium (Full Dome Theater)
2:30 p.m.: Science LIVE! Magnificent Matter (Science Stage)
4:00 p.m.: Star Families: Native American Sky Stories (Full Dome Theater)
