Life Time locations across the country are holding a fun, free event, We Got This, on Thursday, April 26th, 2018, from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Some locations might not be participating or might be filled up, but you can find out by registering at your preferred location. Registration is required. Space is limited.
The evening will celebrate all of the new and exciting things happening in small group training at Life Time by giving attendees a taste of four different TEAM workouts. The evening includes the following:
5:30 – 6:00 p.m. – Check-In & Large Group Warm-up
6:00 – 7:15 p.m. – Workout (four 15-minute experiences, three 5-minute transitions)
7:15 – 8:30 p.m. – After Party Social
This event is complimentary and open to Life Time members & non-members.
