Bring the kids to the Durham County Main Library, 300 N Roxboro Street, Durham, North Carolina, for Tools For School on Saturday, August 1, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., while supplies last. (It’s best to show up on the early side.)
Kids can pick up a free backpack and choose one free school supply item, such as a notebook, colored pencils, or markers. Community partners will also be on site sharing helpful local resources and fun giveaways.
