Approximately 30 minutes of guided breathwork and meditation will take place 6:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. on various Mondays through the summer.
The guided meditation will take place on the lower patio. Feel free to stay and have a beverage before or after meditation if you’d like.
No experience or equipment necessary. Beginners welcome and encouraged. This is not a religious practice.
Participants will sit on yoga mats or chairs. You’re welcome to bring a pillow, block, or mat if you have a particular one you like to use.
Here are the scheduled dates so far. The meditation takes place on both 6:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. on all these dates.
