Durham Co-op Market is a cooperative grocery store at 1111 W Chapel Hill Street, Durham.
It includes all the departments you normally find in a grocery store, plus a deli, hot bar, salad bar and coffee counter.
Anyone can shop at the Co-op. The difference is that it is owned by the community, not a corporation, and its purpose is to serve the community.
Co-op owners get to vote in Co-op elections, run for the board and get free stuff. anyone who shops at the Co-op can become a member. Learn more here.

Every Tuesday, enjoy free beer samples and select $3 options. There will be a new line up each week, so come often to enjoy the many tastes they offer. Try new beer, pick your favorite, and enjoy with fried snacks available at the Deli.

You will be given a token to redeem at the Hot Bar for your meal. Feel free to purchase additional drinks, single beers, or anything else in the store to accompany your meal!
