5th Annual Chestnut Festival at Strouds Creek Farm in Hillsborough

Strouds Creek Farm, at 1600 Friendship Lane, Hillsborough, is holding its 5th Annual Chestnut Festival on Saturday, November 6th, 2021, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

We’ve put together a huge list of holiday events in the Triangle, including parades, festivals, markets, Santa visits, and more. Check out our growing day by day list of holiday events in the Triangle!

The festival is free for adults, and $10 for those age 18 and under.

Activities included in the price of admission:

Bounce house
Pumpkin Painting
Pony rides
Petting the goats and bunnies
Zipline
Sandbox loaded with treasure to sift through
Games

Activities with an extra fee include:

Jump rope making $6
Face Painting $2

You’ll have the choice to enjoy the chestnuts grown on the farm by purchasing:

Homemade cream of chestnut soup
Roasted chestnuts
Raw chestnuts by the pound

You can also purchase hot pretzels, popcorn, cupcakes and water.
