The Raleigh Times Bar, 14 East Hargett Street, is hosting a free 4th of July party on Tuesday, July 4th, 2017, from noon to 9 p.m. No tickets are required. There will be street vendors, the Empire Eats food truck, and live music. Stick around for the downtown fireworks at 9:30 p.m.
