Chicken Hut giving away 400 pre-packaged meals to those facing food insecurity Nov. 10

The Chicken Hut, at 3019 Fayetteville Street, Durham, North Carolina, has announced on social media that it’s giving away 400 FREE packaged meals to people facing food insecurity due to the loss of SNAP benefits on Monday, November 10, 2025, from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Please come by and show your SNAP card to receive one free boxed lunch.
