Sertoma Arts Center, 1400 W. Millbrook Road, Raleigh, is hosting Sensory-Friendly Saturdays on the second Saturday of the month from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
This free event offers accessible accommodations for individuals with Sensory Processing Disorders and Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). The Arts Center will provide an accepting and inclusive environment, modifications to sound and lighting, noise canceling headsets, and a quiet room.
Create a masterpiece using a variety of materials and textures with Sertoma Staff. Whether you like to make a mess or keep it clean and tidy, you’ll find an art activity to enjoy.
This program is a FREE drop-in format, so just join in as you arrive!
All ages and all abilities welcome.
