On the second Saturday of the month, Raleigh celebrates local food. Second Saturday includes showcases, community events, workshops, volunteering, idea generating sessions, local food specials, and much more. Each month the focus will be on a couple of in-season foods. Many of the events are free or inexpensive to attend. The Second Saturday Facebook page has the most up-to-date information, and there will also be a Facebook event for each month’s Second Saturday, which will point you to all the different events for that Saturday.
