Safe Haven for Cats, 8411-109 Garvey Drive, Raleigh, through a grant from PetSmart Charities, is offering free neutering for 140 adult cats in January of 2018.
Neutering will help eliminate aggression and spraying issues.
With the spay/neuter, cats will receive:
- Physical examination
- Rabies and distemper vaccinations
- Ear cleaning
- Nail Trimming
- Pre-op pain medication
