The Raleigh March for Science is a nonpartisan, family-friendly event that will attract scientists, students, activists and stargazers to celebrate and stand up for science.
The event includes a chance to connect with activist and community organizations, the Kids for Science Corner, where there will be hands-on science fun, a 15-minute kids’ march, the general march and rally.
Gather at Halifax Mall, 16 West Jones Street, Raleigh.
Here’s the schedule:
- 9 a.m.: Gather on Halifax Mall
- Starting at 9 a.m.: Enjoy hands-on science fun at the Kids for Science Corner
- Starting at 9 a.m., connect with activist and community organizations
- Starting at 9 a.m., register to vote
- 9:45 a.m. to 10 a.m.: Raleigh Kids March for Science
- 10 a.m.: March for Science and Rally
- 1 p.m.: End
