Playtime in the Park at Cary’s Downtown Park

The Town of Cary is hosting Playtime in the Park on select Thursday mornings this summer. The events are geared to ages 3-9, but there’s no age limit. They take place at Downtown Park, 319 S. Academy Street, Cary.

These free events take place from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. these days:

• June 20th, 2019
• July 25th, 2019
• August 8th, 2019
• September 26th, 2019

Some of what’s going on:

• Giant checkers
• Giant Jenga
• Bubbles
• Special art activities
• Ping pong
• Chess
• Bocce ball
• Story time across the street at Cary Community Library at 10:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.
