The Pit Chapel Hill, at 462 West Franklin Street, Chapel Hill, is a comedy club that presents stand-up and improv comedy shows, and also hosts comedy classes.
PIT stands for The Peoples Improv Theater.

Wild Card Improv
Saturday, February 22nd, 2020
8 pm. to 9:30 pm.
$10 ($5 for students)
An improv competition like you’ve never seen before. The audience is the decider! Experienced players give the show their ‘improv best’ to win the coveted ‘Ace Award for Best Improvised Scenes.’ Wild card moves put players to the test as they are randomly assigned to scene partners. Then there’s the Joker-Director who tops it all with unpredictable twists for the players. Audiences come back to see it all again – because it is never the same show! If you’ve never seen improv, this is the one show to watch. If you have seen improv, this show will amaze you.
