The North Carolina Air National Guard is planning a flyover around the State of North Carolina on Thursday, May 7th, 2020.
The Air Force Salute is meant to demonstrate the Department of the Air Force’s readiness during this time, while saluting those heroes on the front line of this health emergency–healthcare workers, food banks, first responders and our community.
The flyovers incur no additional cost to the taxpayer, as they are part of regularly scheduled training.
You should be able to see the flyover in the Triangle between 11:39 a.m. and 12 p.m. Look at the schedule below for more details.
